Adolfo worked so hard during the years that rapidly trasformed a modest restaurant to wath later became on“institution”,
today well known especially in the Roma area.

The present management continues Adolfo's work suggesting only genuine gastronomical specialty, with the authentic taste of the old days, and taking great care of the health of each person who passes the threshold of this restaurant
